Therapy that enhances participation
Welcome to OT by the Bay!

At OT by the Bay, I support children and teens in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where they can grow at their own pace. My approach is warm, friendly, and grounded in building genuine rapport, allowing each person to feel comfortable, seen, and understood. I focus on their individual strengths and interests, using them as a foundation for meaningful and motivating therapy.
Whether we’re exploring nature, working with animals, or connecting at school, I offer flexible options beyond the traditional clinic setting. I know that every young person is different, and for many, being outdoors or in familiar, natural environments helps therapy feel more accessible and effective.

Animal-Assisted Therapy (Dog)
Therapy sessions supported by a calm, well-trained therapy dog to help participants build confidence, reduce stress, and engage in a comforting, motivating way.

School Visits
On-site support within the school environment to help participants learn, participate and feel more successful in their daily routines.

Nature / community sessions
Outdoor or community-based sessions that use natural settings and real-life experiences to build skills, encourage movement, and boost overall wellbeing. With fresh air, gentle fitness, and meaningful activities, participants can connect, grow, and thrive beyond the clinic environment.
